ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to Japa.deals, your Online Marketplace. These Terms of Use (referred to as the "Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between Japa.deals, its associated entities (collectively referred to as the "Site Administrator, We or Us) and you. DISCLAIMER As a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We provide the tools for users to list, trade, and purchase goods according to our guidelines. However, it's important to understand the following:

We do not directly participate in transactions between users. Japa.Deals cannot guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed items, seller capabilities, or buyer payment completion. We also don't pre-screen users or content. It's your responsibility to inspect items before purchase and request verification documents from sellers if needed. Japa.Deals doesn't transfer legal ownership of items. Transactions are solely between users. We cannot guarantee user identities,hence, we encourage direct communication between buyers and sellers using our platform tools. Users may also opt for utilizing a chosen third-party escrow services by Japa.Deals or platforms that offer escrow services outside Japa.Deals (Escrow services outside Japa.Deals are at owners’ risk). You, other users, and external parties are responsible for the content you post on Japa.Deals. By using Japa.Deals, you basically agree that we are not to blame if you have problems with other users. Japa.Deals is a platform, and your use of our service is entirely at your own risk.

2. AMENDMENTS We retain the right to alter these terms of use at any time, solely at our discretion. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. By using the website, you agree to periodically review this agreement to stay informed of any updates.

3. USING JAPA.DEALS RESPONSIBLY Japa.Deals thrives on a community built on trust and respect. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when using our platform:

Proper Use: Categorize Accurately: Make sure your posts are placed in the appropriate category for easy browsing by other users.

Prohibited Activities: Respect the Law: All activity on Japa.Deals must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for further details. Accuracy Matters: Providing false or misleading information can be detrimental to the Japa.Deals community. Ensure all your posts are truthful and transparent. Respecting Rights: The content you share should not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. No Spam: Japa.Deals is not a platform for unsolicited promotional materials. Refrain from distributing spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes. Safety First: Distributing viruses or other harmful technologies that could compromise the security of Japa.Deals or its users is strictly prohibited. Be Considerate: Activities that place an undue burden on our infrastructure or disrupt the normal functioning of Japa.Deals for others are not allowed. Respect Ownership: Do not copy, alter, download and re-upload content belonging to others as if it’s your own creation or without their express permission. Privacy is Key: Obtaining personal information, such as email addresses, from other users without their consent is strictly prohibited. Play by the Rules: Any attempt to circumvent security measures designed to protect Japa.Deals or its users is a violation of these terms.

4. Content By posting content on Japa.Deals you are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content. (We need these rights to host and display your content). We reserve the right to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these terms or of any party's rights.

User Content and Licenses By posting content on Japa.Deals, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, translate, and derivative works of your content. This license is essential for us to effectively operate Japa.Deals and allows us to: Display your content on the platform for other users to see. Store your content securely on our servers. Make copies of your content for backup and disaster recovery purposes. If necessary, modify your content for formatting or technical reasons to ensure it functions properly on Japa.Deals.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content from Japa.Deals if we have reason to believe it violates these Terms of Use or the rights of any third party.

5. SERVICE FEE If you decide to use a feature that costs money, you agree to the price and how we charge it (which may change from time to time). We bill you in advance for any recurring fees. We can also add new paid features or change the price of existing ones, but we'll let you know first.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS You can cancel paid services anytime, but you won't get a refund for any time you've already paid for. (This refers to Section 5 about access levels/paid features) If you break the rules and we have to suspend your account, you also won't get a refund for any unused time. If you haven't paid yet, you'll still owe us for the full amount.

7. Reporting Copyright Infringement If you believe someone on Japa.Deals has copied your work in a way that violates your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you can follow these steps to report it: Contact Japa.Deals Admin: Send an email to Japa.Deals Admin at [email address removed] (replace with the actual email address if known).

Include Details in Your Notice: In your email, please provide the following information: Identify the infringing material: Clearly describe the content on Japa.Deals that you believe violates your rights. Be specific enough so Japa.Deals can easily locate it. State your good faith belief: Briefly explain why you believe the use of your work is unauthorized. Sworn statement: Indicate under penalty of perjury that the information you provide is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. Your contact information: Include your address, phone number, and email address. Electronic signature: Include your electronic signature (e.g., typed name).

Japa.Deals will take action: We will follow the procedures outlined in the Nigeria Copyright Act to address your claim. This may involve removing the infringing content.

8. Termination of Service: Japa.Deals can terminate your account, block your access, or remove your content for any reason, including if we believe you violate the Terms. You agree Japa.Deals isn't liable for such termination and you won't try to use the service after termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties: Japa.Deals doesn't guarantee the accuracy of information on the site. All information is subject to change without notice.

11. Information from Others: Japa.Deals doesn't guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users or businesses on the site. Japa.Deals isn't responsible for their content.
